国民投票で可決されたらって英語でなんて言うの？

｛解説｝
approve は「承認する、是認する、認可する」（英辞郎）、
referendum は「国民投票, 住民投票」という意味です。
前置詞には in が使われることが多いです。

合意は、10月2日に実施される予定の国民投票で可決される必要がある。

となります。

もし、これをありえないこととして考える場合は
If it was accepted in a refrendum, ~
と過去形にして、仮定法にします。

（accept 「受け入れる」 be accepted で「受けいられる」）

「もし憲法改正が国民投票で可決されたら～」は
If the amendment to the constitution is accepted in a referendum, ~
となります。
