I’ll do my best I can do for now even though I’m not happy with the progress of my English.
I’ve been in New Zealand for two months now. I don’t think my English has improved at all but I’ll keep trying to study hard.

頑張る→ベストを尽くすと表現でき→I’ll do my best.と言えます
