ちょっと訳しにくいです。クレームをいう事だけが快楽になってたり不当な要求をしたりする不健全なクレーマーのことをcustomers who like to complainで表現できますが、「モンスター」の入っている表現はなかなかないです。

理不尽な主張をして怒鳴る
「怒鳴る」はyellになりますが、yellだけを言うとちょっと不自然なイメージになる可能性があり（例えば一人で怒鳴る人）、at the staffを追加しました。
