「ネズミ捕り」は speed trap と言います。
ーThere is a speed trap on the highway just past Exit 13.
「高速の13番出口のところにネズミ捕りがいるよ。」
speed trap を使わないなら下のようにも言えます。
ーThere is a police cruiser waiting on the side of the road to catch people who are speeding.
「スピード違反を捕まえるために道路脇に警察車両がいるよ。」
