月額を日割した10日分の料金って英語でなんて言うの？

Charge for ten days that is based on the monthly charge divided by 30/31 days
月額を30/31日で割ったのを元にした10日分の料金

based on「元にした」
monthly charge「月額」
divide「割る」

例：
I only had to pay for the first ten days of electricity in March because I moved to Osaka on March 10th. These charges were based on a daily calculation.
「3月10日大阪に引っ越したので、3月の電気料金は10日分だけしか払わなくて良かった。この料金は日割り計算に基づいています。」
このように daily calculation を使って「日割り計算」とも言えます。
