It takes about 4 minutes to eat one so at the very least I think you will be eating udon for another 40 minutes. It's going to take 40 minutes until you're finished eating.. で言うことができます。 「他の兄弟がどんなに早く食べ終わろうが気にしません」は He/She takes no notice of how fast his/her siblings finish eating と表現できます。 参考になれば幸いです。
