"I'm afraid I cannot accept your offer at the moment"=「恐れ入りますが、今はあなたの申し出にお答えすることが出来ません」

"but if there is such an opportunity again in the future"又は、"but in the future, if there is such an opportunity again"=「しかし、将来にそのような機会がまたありましたら」

”I would be happy to accept (it)"=「是非お受けしたいと思います」

あとは、まだ英語の能力が自分には足りないと思っている、というような文章を付け加えるとしたら:
"I'm afraid I cannot accept your offer at the moment because of my limited English skills (which I am now working on), but if there is such an opportunity...."
という説明の仕方もあると思います。
