３つの物を指す時、
the first one is ~, the second one is ~, and the third one is ~.
のようにリスト式で言うことが多いです。
こちらは物でよく使われています。

人を指す時、heかsheを使う方が良いと思います。
例えば、JohnとGeorgeとJoeという名前の３人の子供がいます。
文章で紹介する時、指で指しながら、
He is John, he is George, and he is Joe.という表現が良いです。

生まれた順番を伝えたい場合、
oldest, next, youngestと言うことができます。
例えば、The oldest is John, next is George, and the youngest is Joe.になります。
