・この三つの言い方はほぼ同じ意味合いですが、"to get sick"はカジュアルで、"disease"と"infection"はちょっと硬いです。
・"spreading diseases"も"spreading infections"も言えます。
・上記の例文では、"people"の感染を言ったので、発話者が学生・教師じゃない場合にも使えます。
・自分が生徒・教師であって、病気になるのが心配ということを言いたいなら、下記にします。
