どういうシチュエーションかがわかりませんが、２通り考えられたので下に説明します。
１）まずこれを言う相手が店の売り子さんで、キスをしてくれた買ってもいいよ、と言う場合。
If you give me a kiss on my face and lips, I will buy it from you.
「顔と唇にキスしてくれたら、買ってもいいよ。」
give someone a kiss on ... で「人の…にキスをする」
２）これを言う相手が例えば恋人などで、キスをしてくれたら買ってもいいよ、という場合。
If you kiss me on the lips and face, I will get it for you.
「唇と顔にキスしてくれたら、買ってもいいよ。」
kiss someone on ... でも「人の…にキスをする」と言えます。
