このようなかっこいい表現を直訳すれば、「This whole world is in my hands.」となります。もちろん文法的に間違っていませんが、もっと自然なフレーズはあります。
「The entire world lays within my grasp.」
もっと上級な言葉を使い、セリフのような表現となります。

「この世界の全ては私の手の内にある」は英語で Everything in this world is in the palm of my handsになると思います。Everything this world has to offer is in the palm of my handsでも大丈夫だと思います。
