この世界の全ては私の手の内にあるって英語でなんて言うの？

このようなかっこいい表現を直訳すれば、「This whole world is in my hands.」となります。もちろん文法的に間違っていませんが、もっと自然なフレーズはあります。

「The entire world lays within my grasp.」

もっと上級な言葉を使い、セリフのような表現となります。
