うっかり同じ時間に予約を取ってしまった！って英語でなんて言うの？

子供も英会話のレッスンを受けてます。
接続時のトラブルなどに対応すべく、私の予約時間と被らないようにしていたのですが、すっかり忘れていて同じ時間に予約を取ってしまいました。
お気に入りの先生の予約が取れたので強行しましたけどね。ドキドキしました。

「うっかりしてたわ。娘のレッスンと私のレッスンを同じ時間に予約しちゃった！」
Oh that was absentminded of me. で「うっかりしてた」と言えます。
book で「予約を入れる」
at the same time 「同時に・同じ時間に」

ーI inadvertently scheduled my son's lesson and my lesson at the exact same time! 
「うっかり息子のレッスンと私のレッスンを全く同じ時間に予定を入れてしまった！」
inadvertently で「うっかり・不注意に」
schedule で「予定に組み込む・予定する」
at the exact same time で「全く同じ時間に」
