出るのにちょっと苦労する場合でしたら
get out になります。
勝手に・・・ この場合は、『（ママ等に）聞かないで』という意味で
without asking にしました。
裸足だと汚いし、危ないの は

あるいは、裸足といっても、靴を履かないでソックスのみ履いている場合は
It's dangerous and you'll get dirty with just socks on.
となります。

これは 簡単に言うとwithout shoes （靴無しで）と言っても同じです。
