「意見」は opinion と言えます。

tend to で「〜する傾向にある・しがちである」
get irritated で「ムカッとする」

「人は相手の意見が反対にあると、ムカっとすることがある。」
get frustrated でも「ムカっとする」と言えます。
stand in opposition で「反対にある」
