「何に納得ができないの？」
to agree with「考えなどが一致する・意見に同意する」
意見に同意できないということは、納得できないと言うことにもなりますね。

「私の言ったことで何が納得いかないの？」
to be satisfied with で「〜に納得している・満足している」
