I was planning to move to Thailand in June, but I am unable to go due to the coronavirus
"そろそろタイに行きたい。そろそろ私をタイに行かせて"は「I'd like to go to Thailand soon, let me go to Thailand」と表現できますね。こちらの例では「soon」で"そろそろ、もうすぐ"と言い表し"○○に行かせて"は「let me go to~」で表現しています。ちなみに英語だとタイは「Thailand」（タイランド）となります。
次の例文は"六月にタイへ引っ越すつもりだったけどコロナウィルスのせいで行けなくなりました"となります。こちらの例では「move」で"引っ越す"または移り住むと表し"六月"は「June」で言い表しています。
I'm getting tired of waiting. I need to go to Thailand soon.
I'm more than ready to go to Thailand.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI'm getting tired of waiting. I need to go to Thailand soon.
「待つのに疲れたよ。早くタイに行きたい」
