「パス」は pass か miss で表現できます。
例文 I have some things to do so I'm going to pass this time.
「用事があるから、今回はパスする。」
例文 I'm busy so I'm going to give it a miss this time.
「忙しいから、今回はパスする。」

今回 は this time と言いますが普段から参加してても
特に使う必要はないと思います。
パス で I'll pass のみで良いでしょう。
