his eyes have been bothering him で「目が変な感じがする」と言えます。
もし目が痛いと言う場合は his eyes have been hurting と言えます。
put some eyedrops in 「目薬をさす」
get worse で「ひどくなる」
I will come pick him up right away で「私はすぐに彼を迎えにきます」
