I'll reserve that time slot for you. / I'll reserve that lesson time for you. / I'll put you down for a lesson at that time
I'll put you down for a lesson at 8 o'clock on Wednesday. / I'll reserve the 8am Wednesday lesson for you
I have reserved the 8am lesson on Wednesday for you.

I'll book the lesson for you.
-
I'll make a reservation for you.
-
I'll make an appointment for you.
レッスンの話なので、「I'll book the lesson for you.」
I'll book the lesson for you for Wednesday at 8 AM.
ホテルやレストランなら「make a reservation」、病院や専門家なら「make an appointment」
I booked the lesson for you (for Wednesday at 8 AM).
I made a reservation for your hotel.
I made an appointment for you to see the doctor.

I will book your lesson at ~
-
I will reserve my lesson for you at ~
I will book your lesson at (時間)〜
I have booked your lesson at 〜です。
