減るどころか増え続けているって英語でなんて言うの？

never mind decreasing, OO is continuing to increase
OOは減るどころか増え続けている

never mind は普段「気にしないで、ドンマイ」と言う意味ですがこの使い方（never mind X, Y）とか（Y, never mind X）には「どころか」みたいな意味になります。Yが現在状態で普段良くないことです。せめて、 X の方が望ましいです。
例：
It seems to be getting faster, never mind stopping!
止まるどころか早くなっているらしいです！

Never mind decreasing, the number of people infected in Japan just continues to increase!
日本では感染者は減るどころか増え続けています。

「減るどころか増えている」は
to increase rather than decrease
to go up instead of down
を使って表現できるかと思います。

例：
In Japan there has been an increase in the number of people infected with the Coronavirus instead of a decrease.
「日本ではコロナウイルスの感染者が減るどころか増えている。」
has been an increase instead of a decrease のようにも言えます。

The number of people who have COVID-19 in Japan has gone up instead of going down.
「日本でコロナウイルスに感染している人の数が、減るどころか増えている。」
has gone up instead of going down を使って言えますね。
