教科書の本文を暗唱してって英語でなんて言うの？

英語の家庭教師をしています。生徒に教科書の本文を、私の前で暗唱して下さい、と言いたいです。「暗唱」の表現がよくわからないです。暗唱したあと、ノートに本文を書き取らせたいのですが、「書き取りなさい」も、ついでに教えて下さい。
