シンプルに Could you buy me xxx for my birthday? として
『誕生日にｘｘｘを私に買って下さい。』とか
Would you consider buying xxx for my birthday? とすると
『私の誕生日にxxxを買うこと検討してくれる？』
というような表現ができます。
