「もはや」＝anymore

somebody else’s =「誰か他の人の」
somebody else’s problem＝「誰か他の人の問題」

I think that it’s no longer somebody else’s problem.
「それはもはや、誰か他の人の問題ではないと思う」

others concern で「他人事」と言えます。
