どこかの県って英語でなんて言うの？

日本語の「どこかの県」が英語で「some prefecture somewhere」か「another prefecture」と言います。 例文 (Example sentences)： 今年は、海外旅行は難しそうなので、どこかの県に旅行で行けたら満足です。　ー　It seems travelling abroad will be difficult this year, so I would be happy if I could travel to another prefecture. 参考になれば嬉しいです。
