日本語の「今と同じお給料」が英語で「the salary is the same as my current one」と言います。
例文 (Example sentences)：
転職をしたいけど今と同じくらいの給料じゃないと転職する意味がない。 ー I want to change jobs, but if the salary is not the same as my current one, there is no point in changing jobs.

・same salary as now
「今と同じ給料」
salary は「給料」という意味の表現です。
same as で「〜と同じ」になります。
・I want to change jobs, but it won't make sense if I don't get at least the same as the salary I have now.
転職したいけど、少なくとも今と同じ給料じゃないと意味がないです。
