興味 は interest を使うと良いです。
自分にとって興味あるものが何もないと言いたい場合は
there is nothing which interests me と言う表現が使えます。
There is を there's に略すことも可能です。
後者の I am not interested in anything と言うのも有です。
I am を I'm と略せます。
I don't have any particular interests other than my work.
I don't have any hobbies to speak of.
詳しいシチュエーションが分かりませんが、次のような言い方ができると思います。
ーI don't have any particular interests other than my work.
「仕事以外、特になにも興味がない」
ーI don't have any hobbies to speak of.
「私には話せる趣味がなにもない」＝「興味があるものがない」
