大きな声では言えないんですけど…って英語でなんて言うの？

恥ずかしくて大きな声で話しづらい時の前置きとして使う話し方を知りたいです。
相手にとって耳が痛いことではなく、本当にこちらが大声で話したくないことです。

「大きな声」は英語で「big voice」か「loud voice」といいます。
「言えない」→「can't say」
→「んですけど」→「but...」

「大きな声では言えないんですけど」
→「I can't say this in a loud voice but...」
→「I can't say this in a big voice but...」

例文：
「大きな声では言えないんですけど、彼はもうすぐ首になるかもしれない」
→「I can't say this in a loud voice but he will probably get fired soon」
→「I can't say this in a big voice but he will probably get fired soon」

「大きな声では言えないんですけど、彼女は上司と不倫している」
→「I can't say this in a loud voice but she is having a fling with her boss」
→「I can't say this in a big voice but she is having a fling with her boss」
