お客様を想うって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合は put yourself in the customer's shoes でいい気がしています。お客様の事を単に考える『思う』ではなく、お客様の shoes (立場）から考える、お客様の目線から見るという意味になります。言い換えると「共感する」です。 put yourself in somebody’s shoes- 相手の身/立場になって考える 例えば When designing a new product you have to put yourself in the customer's shoes and imagine yourself using the product. (新しい製品のデザインをしている時にお客様の立場になって自分が使っている様子を想像するべきだ)
