学校見学って英語でなんて言うの？

「見学する」は「to visit」または「to tour」と言います。これにしたがって、「学校見学」は「school tour」ということができます。
「Visit and observe a school」でも大丈夫だと思います。
「Observe」は「観察する」という意味です。

I went on a few school tours with my daughter this summer.
この夏は娘と２、３個の学校見学に行きました。

My son said that he wants to visit and observe the school before he makes a decision.
息子は決める前に学校を見学したいと言いました。

「学校説明会」、「コース説明会」の「説明会」は「orientation」です。

My daughter is interested in this school, so we are going to the orientation next week.
娘はこの学校に興味があるから、来週の説明会に行く予定です。
