この前別れたと思ったらもう新しい彼氏がいるって英語でなんて言うの？

I thought she's just broken up with the ex but has got a new guy already!
break up with：〜と別れる
ex：ex boyfriend/ girlfriend のこと
go out with：〜と付き合う

「付き合う」の表現は他にもいろいろな言い方があります！
have a new boyfriend
got a new guy
start dating
date
see

Rinaさんのおっしゃるように表現できたらパーフェクトですが、
もうちょっとシンプルに、

え、もう新しい彼氏がいる！
Wow, she has a new boyfriend already!

のように言うだけでも「ついこの間別れた」ということが
匂わせられますよ。

「この前別れたと思ったらもう新しい彼氏がいる。」は、

"She's already getting into a new relationship."

"I thought she just got out of a relationship but (she's) already seeing someone new."

"I thought she just broke up with her boyfriend but (she's) already dating someone new."

などの表現を使うことも出来ます。

"to get out of a relationship" / "to break up with someone"は、「（誰かと）別れる」

"seeing someone" / "dating someone"は、「（誰かと）付き合う」

"get into a new relationship"は、「新しい人と付き合う」

という意味です。
