Rinaさんのおっしゃるように表現できたらパーフェクトですが、 もうちょっとシンプルに、 え、もう新しい彼氏がいる！ Wow, she has a new boyfriend already! のように言うだけでも「ついこの間別れた」ということが 匂わせられますよ。

「この前別れたと思ったらもう新しい彼氏がいる。」は、 "She's already getting into a new relationship." "I thought she just got out of a relationship but (she's) already seeing someone new." "I thought she just broke up with her boyfriend but (she's) already dating someone new." などの表現を使うことも出来ます。 "to get out of a relationship" / "to break up with someone"は、「（誰かと）別れる」 "seeing someone" / "dating someone"は、「（誰かと）付き合う」 "get into a new relationship"は、「新しい人と付き合う」 という意味です。 ご参考になれば幸いです。
