何かがおかしいって英語でなんて言うの？

おかしい は strange と言いますが何かに関して違和感を感じる場合は
something's wrong と表現するのがおすすめです。

この周りに何かおかしいことが起きてると言った感じで
something strange is going on around here と言うのも有でしょう。

「何かがおかしい」は、

"There is something wrong." / "Something is wrong with ~."

"Something is wrong with my dog today."
「うちの犬今日何かおかしい。」

"Is there something wrong?" / "Is there anything wrong?"
「何かおかしい？」

"something"は、何かおかしいことがあると感じている時に使います。"anything"は、何か特別におかしいと感じていることがなくふつうに質問する場合に使います。
