I hate to admit it, but I lost.

I hate to admit it, but you won.
You won.
I hate to admit it.
「It's hard for me to say, but I lost」(言うのはつらいけど、私の負けです)
「It's a bitter pill to swallow, but you won」(飲み込むのが辛いけど、あなたの勝ちです)

I hate to say this, but I lost / you won.

I (really) don't want to say, but I lost / you won.
I hate to sayや
the victory is yours「勝利は君のものだ」
