When making a statement or declaration of this sort, it would be expected that you follow up with some details, otherwise it seems a little bit of a pointless comment.
"..I really miss skiing and throwing snowballs."
I really miss skiing and throwing snowballs.(スキーや雪合戦したいなぁ。)
Make A B AにBさせるの表現を使い
pine for~「~が恋しくなる」
The hot summer makes me pine for winter.

The sentences are all good to use although a couple of words to explain why might be good to add as otherwise it doesnt really explain why you miss it
so you could say "it is too hot in the summer so I am missing the cold winter weather" or "I am missing the snow when it is summer time"
"It is too hot in the summer so I am missing the cold winter weather"
"I am missing the snow when it is summer time"
"I start to miss winter when summer comes around. "
comes around - reappear; return, happen

"In the summer, I find myself missing winter. "
find - realize, notice
In the summer you notice that you miss winter.
"I miss the cold (winter) in the summertime. "
You can say this if you believe it's too hot in the summer and prefer the cold temperatures of the winter.
"I start to miss winter when summer comes around."

---------
"I miss the cold (winter) in the summertime."

It is important to note that the names of the seasons - Winter, Summer, Autumn (Fall) and Spring are all proper nouns and need to have a capital letter.
There are a number of ways to express that you miss Winter in Summer. You can point to the Winter weather - cold, snow, icy, rainy. You could also say that you don't like the warm weather.
When we have entered a season - i.e. Summer - We say we are 'in' that season. When explaining this we can say 'during' the Summer.
