tableの代わりにseatはあまり言いませんね。

それともコースはお決まりですか？
courseは高級なレストランとかでも使えますが、(アメリカの)カフェであまり聞かないです。
再度確認の為電話する時に：
Hi, I'm 〇〇 from X restaurant. I'm just calling to ask if your reservation is for the table only, or if you have decided what you would like to order as well?
X レストランの〇〇と申します。席のみの予約か、それともコースはお決まりかは確認したかったのでご連絡いたしました。

（☆英語だと「席」を予約するのではなく、「テーブル」を予約する、という表現を使います）
