1番目と2番目の違いはmuchよりextentの方がフォーマルな英語だと言えるかもしれませんが、ほぼ同じですので、どっちでも使えます。
「その程度」はthat muchかthat extentです。そして、「この程度」はthis muchかthis extentになります。
例文：Do you think you can finish this today?（これ今日中に終わらせることができますか？）
If it's only to this extent, I think I can finish it.（その程度なら、終わらせることができると思います。）
