※彼女へのラインの返信よりも、筋トレや寝ることを優先したりする人じゃなく、の感じです。

「自分のことよりも人のことを優先する人が好き」という場合は、
"I like people who put other people's needs before their own."
と言うことも出来ます。
"need"は、「要求」という意味です。
シンプルに「～が好き」という場合は"like"を、他のものと比べて「～の方が好き」という場合は"prefer"を使います。
「一般的な人」を表す場合は"people"を使い、「彼らの」という場合は"their"、「彼ら自身」は"themselves"です。
"I don't like people who only think about themselves."
「自分のことしか考えない人は好きではない。」
