let me know で「私に知らせて・教えて」
do the same で「同じようにする」

"if you have any questions" もし（あなたが）質問があれば
"if I have any questions" もし（私が）質問があれば

「聞いてください」は、「気軽に」feel free to ...　という表現を入れてもいいと思います。

"feel free to ask me" 気軽に私に聞いてください
他には "do not hesitate to ask" 遠慮しないで聞いてください

そして、"I will also ask you" 私もまたあなたに尋ねます
