二つの言い方を提案いたします。一つ目は I が主語になります。二つ目はthe dishesが主語です。
soonは「あと少し」の英訳ですが、in a bitとかin a secondなども使えます。
例文：I should be done cleaning the dishes in a second.

主語を「私」にして、should be done を使って言うなら次のように言えます。
ーI should be done/finished washing the dishes soon.

wash the dishes で「皿洗いをする」
もっと自然な言い方をするなら次のように言えます。
ーI'm almost finished doing the dishes.
「皿洗いはもう少しで終わります。」
be almost finished で「もう少しで片付く・終わりそう」
do the dishes で「皿洗いをする」
