(タイムズスクエアのカウントダウンイベントでは、長時間トイレに行けないからオムツを履いて参加しないといけない、という話を聞いて)
カウントダウンイベントには参加してみたいけど、オムツを履いてまでは参加したくない、と言いたいです。

I'd (I would) love とちょっと控えめな表現を使って、そのあとに、without ~と、～が無いならと表現しています。
I'd love to go to the countdown event but hate to go, putting a diaper on.
これは履いていきたくないと直接表現しています。
I want to go to the countdown event unless I put a diaper on.
接続詞unlessを使って～しないなら、～しない限りは、と使っています。
