「〜について」は「about 〜」といいます。

「質問する」、「聞く」、どちらも英語で「ask」のみで通じます。

私について聞きたいことある？
この上の質問に似ている聞き方で、「知りたいことある？」と聞くのも不自然ではないです。
Is there something you want to know about me?
私について知りたいことある？
Do you have any questions you'd like to ask about me?
You can ask me anything at all about myself.
ーDo you have any questions you'd like to ask about me?
「私について聞きたいことある？」
Do you have any questions？で「何か質問はありますか？」
ーYou can ask me anything at all about myself.
「私についてとにかくなんでも聞いていいよ。」
You can ask me anything at all で「あなたは私にとにかくなんでも質問することができる」
