他の患者と診察時間がかち合いたくないって英語でなんて言うの？

overlap という変わった言い方を見つけました。使って言うことは出来るのでしょうか。

overlap を使って言うなら次のように言えます。
ーI don't want my consultation time to overlap with other patients.
「他の患者と診察時間がかち合いたくない」
consultation time で「診察時間」
patients で「患者」

他にも conflict を使っても表現できます。
ーI don't want my time with the doctor to conflict with other patients' time. 
「医師との時間が他の患者の(医師との)時間とかち合いたくない」
conflict with ... で「…とかち合う・（計画などが）ぶつかる」
