「彼はすでにテニスをしてしまった」と言う場合、通常の過去形で言うのが自然ですね。私は現在完了形で使いません。
ーHe already played tennis this morning.
「彼は今朝すでにテニスをしてしまった」

例：
A: Do you think he wants to play tennis with me this afternoon?
「彼、午後に私とテニスしたいと思う？」
B: He already played once this morning.  I don't think he'll want to play again this afternoon.
「今朝もうテニスしてたから、午後にまたやりたくないと思うよ」
