「更新する」は renew
「家賃」つまり「賃貸契約」は a lease agreement なので、
I'm not going to renew my lease agreement.

renew my lease（リースの更新をする）や renew the rent agreement（賃貸契約を更新する）と表現するのが一般的で自然です。これに「今回は〜しない」という未来の予定を表す表現を組み合わせます。
例えば下記のように表現できます。
・I'm not going to renew my lease this time.
『今回は（賃貸契約の）更新はしないつもりです。』
・I won't be renewing the agreement this time because I'm planning to move out.
『引っ越しを予定しているので、今回は更新はしません。』
