国籍とアイデンティティは違う。って英語でなんて言うの？

「国籍」は英語でnationality（発音は「ナショナリティー」）と言います。そして「アイデンティティ」のスペルはidentityとなります。なお「国籍とアイデンティティは違う。」を直訳したらNationality and identity are different. となり、間違った言い方ではないのですが、nationalityやidentityなどの概念が違うと言いたい時は「A and B are two different things」という言い方をよく使います。

また、ニュアンスは少し違いますが、A does not necessarily equal B （A必ずイコールBとは限らない）という言い方もあります。「A=Bの時はあるが、必ずそうとは限らない」というニュアンスです。

国籍とアイデンティティは必ず同じとは限らない。

ーNationality and identity are two different things.
「国籍とアイデンティティーは別ものだ」
nationality で「国籍」
identity で「アイデンティティー」
two different things で「２つの異なるもの」＝「別もの」

ーA person's citizenship and their identity are not the same.
「ある人の国籍とその人のアイデンティティーは同じではない」
citizenship で「国籍」
not the same「同じでない」を使っても表現できます。
