meetingを２度使うのを避けるため、oneとしています。
skip overはその上をスキップするように回避するような感じの表現をしてみました。
- I won’t attend the morning meeting, but I will join in the afternoon.
「～から参加する」という表現を英語にする際には、**"join in the afternoon"** が自然です。
また、よりナチュラルな言い方として、**"I won’t attend the morning meeting"** や **"I will skip the morning meeting"** がシンプルで伝わりやすいです。
