「移動する」は英語で move を使うことができます。
another room で「別の部屋」となります。

「誰か来たから場所を移動するね」は英語で自然に言うと *Someone just came in, so I'm going to move (to another room / to a different place)* などの表現がよく使われます。
“someone came in” は「誰かが入ってきた」という意味で、少し曖昧でフレンドリーな言い回しです。“walked in”（入ってきた）や “just entered” でもOKです。
“move to a different spot” や “switch rooms” は、「場所を変える」「別の部屋に移る」と言いたい時のカジュアルで日常的な言い方です。
