As long asとProvided thatを使ってみました。
As long as an order of the sample paint is placed under exactly the same color name on the Factory A and B respectively, no color difference between the two factries can be found.
Provided that an order of the sample paint is placed on the Factory A and B respectively (seperately) with exactly the same color name designated, no color difference between the two factories can be found.
