我が家のペットは去勢してからどんどん太ってしまいお腹の肉がダルダルです。日本語ではルーズスキンと言いますが、ペット目線でどんな感じで表現したらいいですか。調べてもわかりませんでした。

事実をわかりやすく具体的に一つ一つ表現してみました。
When our pet stands on the paws, her(his) belly almost touches the floor because it is bloated.
わがペットが４つ足で立った時、お腹が大きいので床に着かんばかりです。
Our pets' belly is so swollen that it nearly touches the floor when he(she) is on the paws.
so~that構文を使って表現してみました。
形容詞はbloated変わにって、swollenと使ってます。
