to get married で「結婚する」
this and that で「あーだこーだ」

ーShe is always going on about who got married, gossiping about other people, and just blabbering on and on.
「彼女はいつも誰が結婚したとか、他人の噂話をしたりとか、延々とおしゃべりばかりしている」
to go on about ... で「…についてしゃべり続ける」
to gossip で「噂話をする」
to blabber で「ペラペラとしゃべる」
on and on で「延々と・長々と」
