少しづつ言い方を変えてみました、
改善するはimproveですが、免疫力ですので、上げるという意味でboost, strengthenを使ってます。
It is much more effective to boost our immune system than to vaccinate.
It is much more effective to strengthen our immune system than to vaccinate.
ワクチン予防より我々の免疫力を上げるほうがはるかに有効である。
It works more effectively to boost our immune system than to vaccinate.
ここではworkを使っているので、effectivelyと副詞となります。
